New Moon Yoga + Writing Retreat

New Moon Yoga & Writing Workshop for *Women in Yucca Valley

*Let’s set some intentions on this new moon evening!*

Through our bodies, we experience the world’s most outrageous pleasures and most frustrating pains, and our relationships with our bodies determine how we experience the world. Celebrate, examine, heal, reminisce over and laugh about your relationship with your one and only body in this evening yoga and writing workshop for *women. We’ll write and share stories of intention in a safe, fun, honest and empowering space, and have a gentle Hatha-style yoga practice, bringing those intentions to life and leaving with new perspectives on how to love our female bodies. (*Women of all ages and lifestyles, including cis and transgender women and nonbinary folks are welcome and encouraged to attend!)

Workshop space limited to 13 women so reserve your spot ASAP.

Bring a yoga mat, notepad and writing utensil.
Herbal teas, refreshing herbal elixirs and light snacks provided!

When: Wednesday, June 13; 4-8pm
Where: Private residence in Yucca Valley
Cost: $50-125/sliding scale (via PayPal or check)
